Andrea Senna is the owner and founder of “Instituto del Vermut”. He has been making and spreading the word on vermouth, vermouth-based cocktails, and vermouth workshops for many years. He’s also one of the founders of the vermouth lovers’ neighbourhood bar, Las Vermudas – The Land of Vermouth. Join him for a workshop on vermouth production.
